1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, games and related services operated by Conner Solutions Ltd (the “Services”), including Wolf Pack. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and must not share accounts or create accounts for others without permission. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Services for unlawful purposes;
- harass, threaten, abuse or harm other users, or make real-world threats;
- use bots, scripts, automation, exploits or other unfair methods to gain an advantage;
- create or use multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage;
- reverse engineer, interfere with or disrupt the Services or their infrastructure;
- upload or post content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, spam, or otherwise unsuitable for a general audience;
- advertise third-party products or services within the Services without our permission.
5. Wolf Pack game rules
Wolf Pack is intended to be family-friendly. Language and behaviour in chat, boards and other game channels must respect other players and be suitable for a general audience.
Cheating and exploits
Using bots, scripts, automation, duplicate accounts, or knowingly exploiting bugs is prohibited. If you discover an exploit, report it to us and stop using it. Suspected cheats may result in account disablement without refund.
Unfair assistance
Using your wolf specifically to transfer large gains unfairly to the same player or pack on a regular basis (for example deliberate silver hoarding for others) may be treated as unfair play and sanctioned. Normal saving of resources for your own use is allowed.
Moderation
We may remove or censor player content and suspend or remove players who breach these rules, at our discretion.
6. Virtual items and purchases
Optional in-app or in-game purchases (for example honour points or cosmetics) may be offered. Virtual items have no real-world cash value outside the Services and are licensed, not sold, for use within the applicable Service. Purchases are generally final except where required by law or by the platform’s refund rules (for example Google Play or your payment provider).
7. Updates and availability
We may update, change or discontinue features of the Services at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, artwork, text, branding and related content, are owned by Conner Solutions Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works except as expressly permitted by us or by law.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conner Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Conner Solutions Ltd from claims, damages and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
12. Changes
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
